ESPID Brighton 2016 is a digital event and all participants are encouraged to experience the Mobile App on iPads provided at the Meeting by HireTablets!
HireTablets is onsite to provide iPads for use on the day, pre-installed with the ESPID Mobile App and the Twitter App ready to use.
HireTablets are extremely excited to be attending this year's Annual Meeting. We will be onsite with our stand where you will be able to hire iPads complete with the private Mobile App for the duration of the Meeting (Wednesday-Friday).
We are expecting a great Meeting and participant engagement is a key factor of making this Meeting great. By using the iPad you will be able to access a multitude of features including:
- Fully searchable scientific programme which allows you to customise your personal schedule
- Live voting in sessions and ask the speaker questions directly from the iPad
- View speaker presentation slides
- E-poster downloads and viewing available during and after the Meeting
- Network with Meeting participants
- Evaluate sessions in real time
Prices for the daily hire have been heavily subsidised and will only cost £15 on the day. This is extremely competitive and is inclusive of VAT. There is also an option for Damage Cover Insurance which will cover you for any drops or breakages. Stylus pens will also be available onsite for hire. Please refer to the information sheets that will be provided at the desk for more information.
